Todays run was feeling good at the start until I hit the up hill parts. It slowed me down a bit. But I do have to say that the weights make a bit of a difference. I felt lighter on my feet today and I guess it showed in my time. Though I still felt a little disappointed I think when I saw my time was not showing 14kph. Oh well a lot more room for improvement. Also maybe the body is feeling a little tired these days.
I also need to start getting some longer distances under my belt now. The 10k runs are not nearly enough. I need to start getting into the 15ks and 20ks. Which I have not run any yet. So this weekend is going to be the time for them. Well I did run the runs last weekend which were near 15ks.

Well into the day now for me. I really want to have a sleep in one day, hopefully tomorrow. But it is also great getting up early and getting the runs out of the way. I feel hungry now. Going to eat. Cya
