Tomorrows run is a 10k again and I am wondering weather or not to wear the ankle weights. I think I will wear them and try the Sognsvann run which is up a big hill. So that will be very slow. But good training I think.
Anyway today I shot some great photos of myself while running using my cellphone. This is all thanks to Richard Sidey who made the recommendation to do this. Now I have to warn you these are not glamour shots. Those you will find on my other blog, OslobyModelling.blogspot. But that is another project ;)

The run today was a little tiring but I am finding I can run 6km reasonably comfortably. Of course it is still an effort and the weights make a huge difference. But I could run that distance everyday happily. I really need to start looking at some longer runs which of course will be happening in the weekends as I have more time then.
