Then I just started up the buddy runner program on my 'google' phone, not actually a google phone, it uses google android as its OS and is an HTC phone, buddy runner is a program that times and can track speeds and uses GPS, pretty cool, not 100% accurate. I ran up to Sognsvann, which is a lake on the outskirts of Oslo and back form my apartment at Marienlyst. It was a good run. It is all up hill on the way to the lake and is 5km there and hence 5km back. So there was my first run done of 10km.

I am feeling pretty good so far, well being the first run it is good to get a solid one under the belt. Body is not to bad, feet are going to take a bit to get used to it. There are definitly some blisters forming on the insides of my feet but nothing to serious. Other then that happy so far. Hell 10k down only 605km of training to go.
